Ok, So I get start soft foods friday. I'm wandering what to try first, not to hurt my new stomach. Any suggestions?

I ate eggs, oatmeal and I am so tired of soup. I eat mashed potatoes and drink my shakes. One day I smashed some potted meat and ate it slowly. I did not get sick but I would not incurage others to try because I had a modified sleeve and my situation is a little different. Good luck
My favorite at that stage was ricotta cheese, marinara sauce and parmesean. Like eating the inside out of a manicotti. Greek yogurt is a good protein source. I didn't do anything that wasn't protein. For me it was too difficult to get in all my protein to waste sleeve space on anything but protein.
