    Default Bullseye7

Before considering weight loss surgery, I tried Bullseye7. Actually it was one of the many diet pills that I tried. At first it was fine because I lost weight and then it made me calm. I still have the energy and I didn't see any side effects for the first weeks or so.

But then, I started losing sleep as well, it came around three weeks to a month after starting on Bullseye7. I just stopped it. The weight loss was not sustained, I only lost weight during the first few days and then it tapered off.

Well you have to take note the Bullseye7 is nothing but caffeine. Its ingredients, green tea, caffeine, ashwagandha and guarana are all variants of the same thing: caffeine!

I agree. I was also on this pill once and I had diarrhea. Other times I was so nauseous and dizzy that I had to stop taking this abruptly!

I agree with you guys. From what I know, no definitive study has ever found that caffeine promotes significant weight loss or stops weight gain for that matter. Whatever studies that these pills have are done on animals and are poorly conducted.

Caffeine might help you lose weight temporarily, but nothing is permanent.

    And here's why. Caffeine affects:

    - your appetite by reducing it for a short time. No long-term effects on appetite, though
    - you burn more calories with caffeine, but healthy dosage of caffeine will not bring on significant thermogenesis to burn enough calories to effect weight losss
    - you lose water. Caffeine can be a diuretic and increases your urine.

    All these are temporary!

I came across this once, and I was very concerned that they claimed to target belly fat. I know for a fact that no diet pill can target belly fat. Also, this drug is not approved by the FDA!
