I have PCOS and am insulin resistant. Adipex (generic Phentermine) makes me sleep for hours on end, more than Ambien when I tried it years ago. I wonder how it worked for her? That was interesting that her dr. had her try that. I thought too that weight loss would maybe eliminate the PCOS. I guess that's wishful thinking! lol
