6 pounds in 2 days...

Hi everyone!
I am on the pre-op diet (liquid) and I have lost 6 pounds in two days. Funny thing, I'm not starving. I get hungry, but then drink something and I'm fine. I was terrified of the pre-op diet with my stomach the size it is now. But amazingly, it is almost a relief to not be binging daily and obsessing about my next food 'fix'. You sound just like me. I was worried for weeks before the start of my liquid diet. How in the world was I going to make it just on liquids alone with this big stomach I have but I am on day 7 and I am not doing to bad. I have lost 10.7lbs so far. I can say the T.V. ads with food will get me wanting something more but other then that I don't really think about my next food fix I just plan ahead and drink my next meal when I am suppose to and keep track of my intake. My husband and i are 1 month post sleeve at first we could not watch tv because of the food commercials and food network was out of the question! (it used to be our favorite!) well now we watch again and we laugh because a lot of stuff we used to find yummy and inviting we now say yuck that looks so greasy and gross!! Your whole food outlook will change atleast ours has! Best of luck!
