LOL, I know what you mean re your moleskins. One of my goals was to be able to wear my kilt home on holiday to Scotland. I did, just before Christmas.

I know of no one who isn't happy with their sleeve. Some have had a little rough time of getting used to it in the beginning, but even so, I think everyone is happy. At least, if there are unhappy ones, they aren't posting on here! Don't give up on your ticket to good health RoadTrainRunner...you deserve to be healthy and live a long, active life!

A good friend of mine has had outstanding results and did not exercise at all????? I have a very physical job and get probably 3-4 hrs of it a day.

Hi I to am from WA, My doctor was great and I used the same one to do my tummy 18 months later. One thing I will say is if you eat the wrong food and fail to exercise you can put on weight. Just not as much as you would without the sleeve.

Ok, i have a consultation in perth on 21st feb.
It would seem my health insurance and medicare will help lots, but i will have to hand over $5300 for the 12 month package. Does this seem the average cost in australia?
My biggest expense i think will be travel and time off work.

I dont understand what you mean by the 12 month package ??

I know that there was extra on top of my pvt insurance but that was because the op isn't covered by them.

Hi all. Well I had my first consultation with a professor here in Perth. 105kg is my goal weight given my height and broad build.

Right now I'm back at the clinic and have just seen a psychologist who says, and I quote, "I'm normal"! Ha ha for someone with my history.

Off to the dietician now.........
