I am on a two week liquid diet. The only things I can have are protein shakes, broth, sugar free jello, Gatorade G2, and water!
I am on day two. I have 12 more days! Lord help me not to hurt my husband (just kidding!).
Has anyone else had the 2 week liquid diet from hell? How did you make it without cheating? Any tips or tricks?

I will have to do this on the 5th for a week, and then a week after surgery, so 2 weeks for me as well.
Im not looking forward to it2.

It is so worth it in the end. I can't say I didn't cheat--but my cheating was with a bite of grilled chicken or a slice of lunch meat...nothing extravagant!

I know it will be worth it. I have not cheated at all in the 4 days I have been on it an I have gained 3 pounds...kind of annoyed about that.

I'm on day 13, and it has SUCKED but it gets easier, just keep drinking water to help somewhat feel full. The grouchyness sucks, I almost had a break down in the grocery store the 4th day (which also happened to be thanksgiving day) so if you can avoid that sort of stuff it would help. haha
