    Angry Another two week stall

    I'm getting really discouraged second week stall didn't lose an ounce any tips?

    I have been 11 days with no loss and today went down one pound. All I can say is wait it out.. Frustrating as it is..

    I've heard that sometimes increasing water helps in those cases. You need water to flush out the fat.
