I have just begun my paperwork (just sent in my health form to Sandy) I was wondering how long the process was for you from when you decided on your journey until you were scheduled for surgery?

I am scheduled for Dec 8 with Dr. Kelly ....it was very quick, about a week to get my date. I could have gone much sooner but had to wait on my passport.

It took exactly 3 weeks to get my passport. I am very anxious!

If you think you're cutting it close, you can get your enhanced drivers license. We have those as well and they took about 5 days to get to us after we went to the Secretary of State. Check with your Secretary of State in your area for time. My passport had my maiden name on it so we didn't want to chance it and did both in the event my passport didn't come in time.

Good luck Ladies!!! I had my sugery with Dr. Kelly Nov.10th.
Feeling great and I am almost on to real food!! Time goes very fast even though at first it seems like it is dragging.

It took 3 weeks to the day I applied for my passport. I did not have it expedited. The lady told me this is the slow time of the year and most come back in 3-4 weeks.
