Today is the 100th day since my surgery. I am 65 lbs. down. I have not followed a strict diet but definitely avoid high fat foods and raw breads. Very important to not overeat, since my stomach lets me know when I am full. I hate protein shakes, so I eat lots of high protein foods. I have not had any trouble. The first 3 weeks were hard with liquids only and some discomfort. My meals consist of 5-6 meals a day, which always include protein first. Excercise has been difficult, as I have damaged discs in my lower back. Hopefully, that will also be fixed soon and I can enjoy more success with excercise, too. That's all for me.
