Only 34 days until my surgery and I'm not sure what to feel.. Im nervous, excited, a little skeptical. I don't know what to expect after the surgery. I will follow everything my doctor and dietitian recommend, and work out at least 30 minutes a day, but I still cant help but feel worried that I wont lose as much weight as I want to lose. Anyone else out there feeling the same? Any advise or words of encouragement from someone who has already been here would be great.

I am still in my Pre-op phase but have found the people here to be just wonderful.
