I just bought a treadmill...

I walk everyday outside. Yep-you got it. Long parka, boots, hat, scarf & gloves. As long as it's above 0, I walk. When it gets colder I go back to the gym. Nothing like a friend to go with you to motivate you. I must say tho.' I feel lucky as I have always been a pretty avid exerciser. I just never did the other part to keep the weight off. Now it's nice-I'm not hungry all of the time!

Phyllis if YOU walk like that regularly, there isn't one of us here that can make up an excuse....You go girl! I'm inspired to walk today....

yay! I have a precor and it's been in storage due to a move and house build.. just got it back up last week, been on it twice already in betwen days at the gym, I love that thing... you kind of get an acquired taste for running on a treadmill I think... I don't mind it, my husband hates it.. I just have a higher committment to running and protecting my investment as I was self pay for sleeve and plastics, and it makes me feel and look great... keep at it!
