i have a threadmill and its in my garage.... i have my lilman come in the garage with me while im work'n out to "share" his energy... LOL!! i hooked up a tv and dvd player right in front of my threadmill..... imma a (lil) "huge" fan of the first 48 hrs... i bought the season... and i only watch it when im on the threadmill.... something to look forward to in the morning
I walk everyday outside. Yep-you got it. Long parka, boots, hat, scarf & gloves. As long as it's above 0, I walk. When it gets colder I go back to the gym. Nothing like a friend to go with you to motivate you. I must say tho.' I feel lucky as I have always been a pretty avid exerciser. I just never did the other part to keep the weight off. Now it's nice-I'm not hungry all of the time!
