i have a threadmill and its in my garage.... i have my lilman come in the garage with me while im work'n out to "share" his energy... LOL!! i hooked up a tv and dvd player right in front of my threadmill..... imma a (lil) "huge" fan of the first 48 hrs... i bought the season... and i only watch it when im on the threadmill.... something to look forward to in the morning

Yeah I have access to a tv and music where I've placed my treadmill. No place in the garage and it's freezing in there in winter. Lol, the treadmill is the focal point of my living area now, oy!

I walk everyday outside. Yep-you got it. Long parka, boots, hat, scarf & gloves. As long as it's above 0, I walk. When it gets colder I go back to the gym. Nothing like a friend to go with you to motivate you. I must say tho.' I feel lucky as I have always been a pretty avid exerciser. I just never did the other part to keep the weight off. Now it's nice-I'm not hungry all of the time!
