Take about 1/4c Shredded Cheddar Cheese and put back under the Broiler until Cheese is melted.

I like tuna but not hot tuna. I have tried this and it is very good. I also just have cheese. But adding chicken gives more protein. I'm low today on my protein, I've only had 32grams. Boo hoo. Always tomorrow.

    Sounds yumalicious

Add some marinara or pizza sauce under the chicken for a chicken pizza!

Hey, Tami-today is the first day I have made my PROTEIN quota...I had 83 grams!!! I've never even reached the recommened 60! I had 8 Chik Filet Nuggets (theyare really small), so that gave me 28, and I had a Carnation Instant Breakfast (No sugar added) with a scoop of PROTEIN Powder with Skim milk which gave me 38 and the Chicken Melt which was 16. And total calories was only 790 which is probably the most I've had, too. Sooooooooo...it was a GOOD Day!!! Now, if I could only get those 64 ounces of fluids in a day!

Haha, Michelle...funny you should mention that. I actually did the pizza sauce thing over the weekend but with mushrooms and pineapple, so I was kind of burned out on that for awhile. These 5" tortillas are perfect for all sorts of things. One has 16 carbs.

Viviki-you could probably eat this in another two weeks. I mean, I don't know what you have been eating. I doubt you could eat the whole thing, though. Just make sure you really chew well because the tortilla will be crunchy...that's what I like about it! Or, you could make it without the tortilla. Just put the chicken in a little ramikan and put cheese over it and then under the broiler until the cheese melts. I know at one month, I ate the chicken and mayo by itself. Soooo good and I would have never eaten canned chicken before the surgery.
