Hang in there. I am 12 days out and had the gas problem too. John is right gas x strips but also take zantac 150 or something like that and walk, walk, walk .It really does help. Also a heating pad works like magic. It seems that my worst days were day 8-10 for some reason then I slept on a heating pad for a night on my back and side and it really helped make me feel better. I feel really good now.

It has been a wild ride. The first week was tough and I was in alot of pain. Take your pain medication. After that everyday got better. I had a slow down, but now the weight is coming off. Good luck.

Yes, a heating pad or pack! slept with one for nearly 2 weeks on the middle of my back. The heat transfers through to your belly and helps the gas move and soothes the muscles in the whole area.
Welcome to Sleeveland, and the winner's bench!
Best NSV - fitting on a kid's amusement park ride with my 4 yr old grandson!
CFIDS =Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) Also dx with post-bariatric reactive hypoglycemia; and chronic gastritis (both sleeve complications). Permanently disabled.
Start weight 335, down to 218, up during gastritis. Have accepted there is no way to lose it with my hypoglycemia. Current weight 260. Currently doing 10 day sleeve reset and determined to get back down to my post surgical weight or close to it.
