Recommendations for all-inclusive vacations!

My girlfriend and I are looking to go on vacation just after Christmas 2022. I know it's going to be more expensive for flights and stuff because of the season, but I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for an all-inclusive resort, preferred adult only. We're thinking maybe somewhere in Mexico or the Dominican Republic. We would be flying out of Toronto Pearson airport, hoping to be gone around 4-7 days, and hoping to keep it under $1600 per person. Please let me know if you have any ideas of where to book this, as I've never gone on a trip like this before so I'm not sure if I should use a travel agency or not. Thanks!

Depending on what you're after. No matter where you travel, choose a resort that offers you the most of what you want if you won't be leaving the property to go sightseeing or exploring.
