    What's up with these headaches after overeating? Why does it happen?

    I feel you on those post-overeating headaches. For me, it's usually because I've gone a bit overboard and my body's like, "Whoa, slow down!" �� Overeating can put extra strain on our digestive system, leading to headaches as it tries to process all that food. Plus, if we're not hydrating enough, it can make matters worse. Learned that one the hard way! �� Hydration and pacing yourself can help ease those post-feast headaches. Hang in there!
