    Red face Pre-gastric sleeve

    Hello everyone, I am in pre gastric sleeve stage and as it is getting closer thought of finding a forum to see how happy people who have done it are and what others have to say about it. I am happy to see a lot of success with goal weight. Wondering if there are any nutritional deficiencies and any long term negative consequences? Height 5'5", weight 240lbs. Goal 145lbs
