Default Is Turrialba a "DON'T-BUY" for real estate in Costa Rica

My friend and I want to buy a small farm in La Argentina, Turrialba, but a builder friend warned against it for the following reasons:
    * the property owner may have over priced the land
    * the active Turrialba volcano and problem of ash, plus eruption threat

I'd like advice from those who know about the area.

If you plan to buy real estate in Costa Rica, looking through the various real estate agents is a great way to determine what type of property you might like to purchase. You may want to rent before purchasing, and it is possible to buy the property with cash at some properties. Real estate in Costa Rica is trendy. There are numerous reasons people might want to invest in real estate in this Central American country. You can work with the guys from https://www.tresamigos-cr.com. They always find me the best offers for my investments.

I've never invested in real estate abroad because I always had some step-backs. Now, I have an idea of investing in the UK, and luckily I found some reliable help over there. I reached out to Mortgage Advice Sheffield to help me with a money loan for real estate investment. Because of the Covid travel difficulty, it's hard to go there, but they tried their best to close the deal online. I was more than satisfied with their work and team. Now, we just have some details to set up, and everything is on the way.

Dude, sure thing the owner overpriced the such property as it's located in a fantastic area. I've seen many farms in Costa Rico, and I must say that most of them are in a terrible state. So if you found a great one in La Argentina, you should go for it. But, before you buy it, I recommend you visit it, and analyze it to see all the pros and cons. If you don't have where to stay in Costa Rico, I can recommend the Jungle Vista Hotel. Man, that hotel is insane. Whenever I visit that place, I get goosebumps, and I don't even want to return home.

When I was looking to buy my villa with the help of playarealestategroup.com , I chose Turrialba and am very happy with my choice.
Turrialba is a quaint little town in the lush and scenic Central Valley of Cartago province, with some breathtaking vistas of Costa Rica's rural countryside. This hamlet, famous for being a white water rafting hotspot and base camp, is located 53 kilometers east of San Jose and is an ideal starting point for tours of the pre-Columbian ruins at Guayabo and the infrequently visited but beautiful Turrialba Volcano National Park.
It's an excellent option for a villa, but not the best for a house to live in, as mentioned above, because of the ash from the volcanoes.
