    Id like to hear from different people on this. If you feel like sharing some answers to some of these questions that would be great.

    What are you doing or what have done to improve your fitness? Like, what works for you?

    So, my fitness journey started with the kitchen. Because I weighed more than 100 lbs, I had to lock my mouth. But, it's not easy if you begin this path without a coach and with a lack of knowledge. Ok, I used to get informed about nutrition, reading articles on https://www.fitnessbaddies.com/cheap...ble-dumbbells/, but it's not the same when you have a mentor by your side who helps you to achieve your goal. I'm thankful for my trainer. He helped me in one year lose almost 40 lb. It's a great result, believe me.

    With the lockdown in place, knowing what sports you can and cannot do during a lockdown is essential. Since marks are typically open to the public during a lockdown, there will be some restrictions on what you can do. No running or excessive jogging. No play catching or throwing objects or catching flies. These are simple things you can do while being safe and secure. Also, I ordered a lot of stuff for sport online. My favorite one is the best Lululemon joggers online. I've got them for a very affordable price.
