Apps for Exercises and Diets

I wonder if you guys are using any apps that help with exercises, like show you which routine works for which part of the body. Is there also an app where aside from the exercises, you can monitor your eating habits as well? Any recommendations are much appreciated.

There are many different weight loss apps on the internet. If you want to lose weight, I advise you to use the Fatsecret calorie counting apps. This app is very convenient! You don't need to go to the gym to exercise. On YouTube, you can find instructional videos where the trainer talks in detail about the technique of performing each exercise. Many different websites make up an individual training and nutrition plan. I recommend using a uk temp phone number for the registration number to protect your data.

I know a few about diets, but they all require a subscription to get started. So, I don't know which one to recommend. But till today, I have used a workout app. I downloaded this app since early lockdown when I couldn't go to the gym, and it has served me correctly. It has all these home workouts that you can do without weights. You can look into it too
