It's easy to stick to our diet at first, but when we start to feel better, we tend to be less careful with what we eat. We have this thought that "it's just for today," then we say that every day. How do you deal with this kind of challenge?

You have to be strong. The best thing for you to do is take the temptation away. I have kids so ofcoarse they want their snacks. I buy them things they like, that I don't like, this way it isn't in the cabinet calling out for me. I've also learned that for me, when I eat junk I want junk. If I fight the cravings for two weeks then the cravings stop. If I want something sweet I go for fruit.

Hi, thanks for your response. Being surrounded by people who like to eat is a big issue because it makes me want to a too. It takes a lot of discipline to resist food when everyone around you is munching on something.
Do you think I need a therapist for this? Anyone of you had experience with therapists? How did it go?
