    Spring may be the best time to get in shape. What are the exercises or routines that you follow to get in shape or even to be healthy at least at this time of the year?

    Start running in the mornings, it's beneficial for your health, and it will help you get faster in good shape. I will recommend as well squats and crunches. Start with two rounds of 15, and each day add more rounds.
