Also, early exercisers often say that a morning routine leaves them feeling more energized and active during the day. Proved in various surveys also. Human exercise performance is better in the evening when compared to the morning, as it consume less oxygen, that is, they use less energy, for the same intensity of exercise in the evening vs the morning.
