Red face 1st post & long stall!

    Hi everyone

I was sleeved back in February 2020 almost a year to the day. No complications all straightforward and I have lost 6 stone with another 2 to lose. I have lost slowly and had several stalls but have not lost a single pound since October! I am very active, got to a PT every week, walk and exercise in between. Try and limit my calories to 900-1300, mostly hit my water and protein targets obviously not every day as I am only human!
What else can I do? I still have restriction so know i don't overeat, I do have alcohol but on average 1-2 G&T a week so not excessive. It is so frustrating seeing the same weight every week. My PT measured me at the start of December and again last week and I had lost 2-3 from every area measured which is great to see. I dont think it a case of muscle heavier than fat as I am not weightlifting just doing tonig and cardio work!

Anyone else experience a 4 month stall? My BMI is 29 so I am still classed as overweight and not ready to accept this as my goal

    Thank you

Don't get discouraged. Just keep doing what you're doing. You might need to bump up the calories a bit if you feel that you are working out and burning a lot of calories.
