    Default Nausea after the operation

Hi everyone, I had surgery in summer 2020 and very often I feel sick, I have nausea in the morning, sometimes after eating, to feel better I need to call vomiting sometimes, did someone feel like this in the next 3-4 months after?

Only very occasionally did I feel like this and it was usually because I had eaten too fast or too much.

Maybe slow down. Put your knife and fork down in between mouthfuls.
Chew thoroughly and wait before taking the next mouthful.
I was told that each meal take you around 30 mins to eat.
Do you weigh/measure your food? Are you trying to eat too much? I still (3 years out) use a side plate for my meals. It's very easy to fill up a larger plate and try and eat what's on it.
Make sure you stop drinking 30 mins before you eat and don't drink for 30 mins afterwards - and of course no drinking with your meal.

Hope it gets better for you soon.

I also found that taking my vitamins on an empty stomach made me nauseous and now make sure that I eat before taking them.

Thank you very much for your answer, I no longer weigh the food, I already know how much I need, I think I am okay with controlling it, you wrote about water, I used to drink some water when I eat hard food, maybe this is the reason? However, I made an appointment with a doctor to check this problem, maybe it's not the stomach, but another organ gives such a problem, I was just thinking if anyone has it also
