I love running. This is one of the most effective exercises that helps you lose weight and keep your muscles in good shape. Unfortunately, I can only run on weekends, as I work 8 hours on weekdays. I have a sedentary job and because of this I often gained weight (I never had a stable weight, as I could easily get fat and lose weight just as easily). Now I have stopped running on weekends, as I am tired at work and I have no desire to train. I found an alternative option. While I'm working I'm using
under desk elliptical. My legs are in constant motion and thus burn calories.
