    Default catch up

Hi I hope everyone is well. I decided it was time to say Hi and to own up to my weight gain. Since the first lock down I have gained 4kg. I absolutely loathe myself for the wight gain. I know what I have done wrong, eaten unhealthy food non stop Thank goodness I have exercised through out otherwise it would have been much worse. We are now 2 weeks into our second lock down and although I am running and still have PT, I hate being forced to stay home and not socialise. I also suffer from SADS and that make this even worse. I am not sure how I can get through the whole of winter and not have anything to look forward to. Normally we go to SA in December. I should also have been organizing my daughters wedding, but due to the pandemic it has been postponed until August 2021. I have taken control though and have started to diarise everything I eat and I will also refrain from snacking. By writing this I am making myself more accountable, than keeping it to myself. xx

    ellie,
You are making important first steps. For some reason coming back to this forum always "grounds me" and makes me realize that I need to stay on track. You can do it. It's hard with the pandemic, but just try to find things that will keep you busy and out of the kitchen.
