Post-op Questions

Hello, I'm new to the group. I had gastric sleeve 10/27/2020. I know I am very early post-op, however, I have only lost 7 pounds in the first week and none since. Pants that were large on me before, now fit just fine. Is this because I am still swollen from surgery? I am really getting discouraged. Has anyone else had this experience?

7 pounds is one week is pretty good going isn't it? When have you done that before?

You are doing just fine. Stick to your surgeons instructions, sip water all the time and walk as far and as often as you can increasing the distance/time every day.
