Unhappy Need tips! New and old sleevers Help...

Hello all! It’s been such a while since I’ve been on here. I hope Every has been well.
I need Some tips on my pouch, I have Surgery about 7 years ago and recently my stomach has
Been acting up so bad I mean From the noises to not really holding down anything I eat. Feels like
Anything I eat It makes me go throw the dumping stage and I feel Like I’m dying. I recently gained about 7
Pounds also due to medication I was Taking. I’m no longer taking it but not need to get rid of the 7 pounds. It doesn’t
Come off as fast as it use to so I’m getting really discouraged. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 😊

If you are having stomach issues after so long of feeling great, contact your surgeon. Something may be up, like a gallbladder or whatever. (I'm no doctor!)

And as for 7 pounds, that's nothing! Just get back on track to how you should be eating and it will be gone in no time. Be happy you caught it at 7, and not 20, 30 or more. When I was up about the same amount up I joined Weight Watchers and that really helped me. But everyone does things differently, find what works for you.

Best of luck to you, you can do it. We've all been there.

P.S. Sadly, weight will NEVER come off like it used to in the beginning. Now the tough part starts!

Yes! It sure doesn’t come off as easy lol but thank you I’m going to try your husbands dinner for 2 and start with protein and veggie and see how that works.

    Hi
Definitely see a Dr. There must be something going on that is making you feel unwell after so long.
7 pounds due to medication must be frustrating - but you are on to it now and I'm sure that going back to basics will sort it out for you.
    All the best.
