Hello all. I am getting light headed. Not every day but a lot. I am nearly 4 years out from Sleeve surgery.

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear.

    Hope you feel better soon.

Did you get blood panel to see how nutrition is?

Are eating well, regularly, and taking vitamins?

    Did check with your Doctor?

    Please take care.

You should definitely see your PCP it could be any number of things - low blood pressure, low iron etc.

Call your surgeon. I have that happen maybe twice a year while exercising, and my nut told me to have a protein and carb snack first. It helps. I would get light headed, cold sweats, and feel like I was walking through water.

I get light headed and actually passed out twice last year. My diagnosis was dehydration, so make sure that you're drinking plenty of liquids. I always thought that I did, but now I make sure that I am constantly drinking something. Also, I eat a little something every couple of hours. As others said, check with your doctor and let him/her know what's going on.

What Kenyon and Sharon shared is what I've experienced. Except I did have one episode of actual vascular syncope that was just a random one-off. Otherwise dizzy is usually hydration for me.
