Weeks 1 and 2 was sleeping ok and legs strong.
On 4th week I'm up most night and legs seem weakest of all muscles.
Getting 80-100g protien a day.
Water 64-78 oz a day.
Cals 800-1300.
I'm guessing is carbs?
Maybe 40-80g a day, but have been walking alot hot weather.
Does anyone know if my carbs should be higher for exercise I'm able do in 4-5th weeks? Was cleared.
I really like to have "energy" return.
