Hi there. I rarely log in to this forum but things haven't been so good for me. I was sleeved Jan 2012, start weight 208lbs, I got down to 138lbs(never got down to my desired weight of 125lbs, I'm 5'4")
Aater my pregnancy in 2017 I started gaining weight, another recent pregnancy 2020 and I'm at 174lbs. I'm so upset with myself. Long story short I would like to know how are you able to keep the weight off? I crave sweets a lot. From your post I see you drink lots of protein shakes, do these replace your meals? Please help!
