    Default Protein!

You guys, I think I have a protein drink addiction. I'm drinking all three of these simultaneously. I just discovered the Fa!rlife one and it is perfect for my nighttime snack. I was looking for something yummy to drink at night since my daytime shakes (monster) are energy shakes. I can't drink those past 5 pm or I won't sleep a wink. I found them at Sam's Club for half the price they sell on Amazon.

    That's awesome Katrina!

Fairlife is great. Never saw the bottle with 30g protien. Wow!

Thank you for sharing picture of 3 bottles. And Sam's club.

I'm still healing. On 3rd week. Puree step.

Walking for exercise and get 60-70g protien a day.

    Have wonderful day!

Hi there. I rarely log in to this forum but things haven't been so good for me. I was sleeved Jan 2012, start weight 208lbs, I got down to 138lbs(never got down to my desired weight of 125lbs, I'm 5'4") Aater my pregnancy in 2017 I started gaining weight, another recent pregnancy 2020 and I'm at 174lbs. I'm so upset with myself. Long story short I would like to know how are you able to keep the weight off? I crave sweets a lot. From your post I see you drink lots of protein shakes, do these replace your meals? Please help!

IMO you should just dig out your old materials, how you were taught to eat after the sleeve. I don't replace any meals with protein shakes, but I do use them as my coffee creamer. I still follow the protein first, then veggies, then good carbs rule. Works for me, been maintaining for about 6 and a half years.

Maybe make a more realistic goal to start with? 125 if pretty low for 5'4". If you got down to 140 you would be in the healthy BMI range. Just a thought! Then decide if you want/need to lose more.

Congrats on those babies! Don't be disappointed in yourself, weight gain happens with pregnancy. Just get back on track. Best of luck to you!

I am having trouble getting enough protein. What is everyone doing? Just sweet protein shakes?

I’m 4 weeks out and supposed to be eating things like tuna but it hurts too much and I’m tired of sweet drinks.

    Any advice?
