Things going really well, after a shaky start. I have a normal BMI which is very exciting. I have increased my exercise quite a bit and bought a Peloton last week. That is some serious workout sessions. They want me to increase my calories again because of working out which of course scares me. She asked me to add a third snack in so I can get to 1500 calories. I am going to trust them but I am freaking out inside. I started working out with a personal trainer last month as well to help me as I have some hip issues and need to strengthen my core. I am hopeful to firm up and convert some of the fat to muscle. I also do one of those 3D scans a couple of weeks ago that does all your measurements and takes tons of photos. It calculates your fat percentage, lean mass etc. It was pretty interesting but the avatar is super creepy. Hope everyone is doing well
