Hi y'all!!
I'm looking at the vitamins I'm supposed to be taking and they say chewable. Can they be gummies?
Talk to your nutritionist. I used ProCare Health chewables that you order online. Nothing over-the-counter will work. I was told bariatric vitamins for life.
Now that I'm so far out I use the same brand but in capsule form.
gummies are col in general but I think that if its after surgery a simple vitamin might be better.
Gummies are my favorite type of vitamin. They are pleasant to eat and most often they are tasty. My wife prefers classic pills and thinks gummies contain additional colors and preservatives. She is pregnant and very obsessed with it, although the doctor told her that use a safe prenatal vitamins in gummies are safe and will not come from them. She is very afraid of them and is looking for environmentally friendly natural vitamins. I am not an expert, but I agree with her now. I also want the vitamins to provide 100% of the daily value of all the essential nutrients and not harm her body and the baby.
Yes, I had them
As far as I know, sweet can certainly be consumed, but it has more bad than good.
This type of nutritional supplement has several positive aspects, such as the presence of nutrients, an easy form of consumption, and a pleasant taste. Provides the body with valuable substances. Due to the fact that the composition of chewable vitamins contains a certain amount of useful trace elements, their use can positively affect the state of health. That is why most people use supplements of this form to replenish the required amount of nutrients. I can attest to the good absorption of the chewable form of vitamins, as I personally have tried a monthly course of vitamins with iron from usa pharmacy online.
