I had my first virtual doctor visit. It was awesome.
I adore my PCP any way, but she spent 30 minutes with me; it was really like having a face-to-face visit.
SO be not afraid if you need one.
Oh, just a medication adjustment -- nothing wrong.

I also got a lovely email from her afterwards. She's an awesome PC. Yes, learning to Zoom (or Duo or FaceTime) isn't as ituitive as us older folks. (I will be 68 in 29 days, God willing )
But how cool to "see' my adult children, my grands, my doctor...wish we could get my 99 year old mother in law up, but maybe when her daughter is there this week.... We won't be able to travel for her birthday, nor Mother's Day, which is one of our normal visit times.
Cool. Do they charge the same?
Sharon, our insurance (We are Medicare and Aetna) covers telehealth. Medicare stated early on they would cover them the same as regular visits. So being hold helps some times
