    Default Shape shifting - LOL

No, not a new psychic skill. Apparently even when I keep my calories & activity at the same level, the percentage of any type of card causes a "shapeshift", not in a good way.

I wonder if part of its being older (almost 68). Anyone else?

I changed up my diet to less of any carb, and it is starting to moving back to where it should be.

I feel like I'm always juggling!

    Totally agree!
I feel since giving up meat, I feel lighter and don't have the little aches I used too. Eating less carbs, my middle is not as fluffy but more toned. Definitely think my body changes depending on what I'm eating regularly.

Carb definitely put weight on me - even if I am on target caloriewise. Shame that they taste so good ;-)

I agree, carbs are not my friend either. Now that we are in lockdown and I am only doing short snippets of my usual workout and walking the dog, I feel I will have to watch what I eat even more. I am trying to be as good as I can, but I have to say I have sneaked in a naughty treat or two. TG for weighing myself everyday, a few times a day, as it helps me adjust what I eat and when. Stay safe everyone. x
