Post Issues with drinking water or liquids as Gatorade, etc.

I am having issues with dehydration. I can not drink liquids such as water, tea or Gatorade. When it hits my stomach it hurts, instant nausea, it happens every time regardless if itís hat, cold or room temperature.
Will there ever be a time this discomfort will go away?
My surgery was on February 13, 2020.
Iíve had to get IV fluids due to heart palpitations and dehydration.
Any advice of anyone that has experienced this would be appreciated.

It will get better, but it may take a few months. I was 10 months post op the last time I was hospitalized with dehydration. Do not take it lightly. Go in for IV hydration as many times as it takes until this passes.
    No pre-op diet

You can't take the smallest sips possible every waking moment? Like just wetting your mouth? Good luck, hope it gets better. I was lucky to have never had that problem, but some do.

I totally understand you. I heard and was told by my doctor that the first period can be extremely hard. I've also found it important to have a good kitchen setup that can help you cook and eat healthier. My parents are using a branch gas line put into their kitchen, they also went for propane. It is working pretty fine, despite the fact that sometimes it smells really bad in the kitchen, I was thinking that they are having a gas leakage, however, it looks like everything is ok. I have been thinking about doing the same installation, however, the guys from SOS Plumber Etterbeek convinced me that it is not a great idea, especially taking into account the entire plumbing that I have got in the kitchen.
