    Default weight gain

I had the sleeve surgery on 01.28.20 and lost 15 lbs the first 2 weeks and then slowly started adding foods and have gained 5 lbs. I barely eat and don't understand why the heck I am gaining weight it's very frustrating - any suggestions?

This does sounds unusual......not to mention very frustrating for you.
I would phone my Dr and ask for some professional advice if it was me.
You also need to be mindful to measure and weigh your food and eat only those foods on your plan at the moment.

Agree with really measuring and weighing food - as you "relearn" eating, it's easy to have a heavy thumb, lol.
Be sure you are getting your water, your protein, and healthy vegetables before eating other things.
Are you getting enough sleep? Are you writing down what you eat to be sure you are mindful?

If you feel "off", you probably are. Talk with your doctor or dietician.
