Default I ate during pre-op and now I知 freaking out!

So my big day is the 3/11. I知 in week 1 of pre-op and was feeling like absolute shit yesterday so I ate. I had some tuna ahi with avocado and a piece of toast. I felt SO much better afterward but now I知 freaking out because I知 worried I screwed up the whole shrinking my liver thing. Plus, I知 a perfectionist. Mine is a revision and I was perfect with pre-op the first time. It痴 really hard this time.
I can稚 be the only person who has done this. Did I totally screw myself here? I am terrified they are going to do open surgery now or that my liver won稚 shrink like it should by next week.
Advice anyone? How bad is this?

You don稚 have to be perfect. You just need to be better.

    Revision stats:
    3/2/20 Pre-op: 197.5

    Don't panic!
Unlikely that one slip up is going to have any major effect I'm sure.
However you probably want to stick to the pre-op diet from now on.
Just take each day one by one. The 11th will be here before you know it.

Chill! The pre-op diet is to reduce the size of your liver. One little meal isn't going to change anything. Just go back to what you should be doing. (Now I'm not a doctor, but...)

I think one meal is not going to mess anything up. From here on out though, stay focused to your end goal!

Relax, you haven’t caused harm. The tuna actually helps reduced your liver. I don’t think I piece a bread and avocado will effect your liver. I was told to eat 2-3oz of protein 3x a day with pre-op diet. Then start clear liquids only day before bowel prep. Good Luck with your surgery and this day forward follow your doctors pre-op diet and start preparing your mindset for the post op diet.

Being new to all of this I don’t want to offend anyone by speaking too honestly but for me I feel honesty is always the best policy, so.......like everyone else I am sure that what you ate will not have a detrimental affect on your surgery outcome, I would be more worried about your mind set and your commitment to doing the right thing. As I have learnt from the specialist and the words of wisdom on this forum ‘the sleeve is only a tool not the solution’. For you this is a revision and you are experienced enough to know that if your commitment to what you eat is not strong enough you could fail. Having had the problems you have had and the weight gain you MUST seize this chance for a healthier life and work hard to stick to the rules. If you have already weakened on the pre op diet then maybe you need some help with getting your mind set right. I know this whole thing is hard and I’m only being honest for your own sake, almost like a kick up the butt lol
I’m sure everyone struggles at times, I know I will and I hope someone around me is brave enough to ‘give me a kick’ to help me keep on track. I really hoped this helps and does not offend. I wish you the very best of luck.

    JessieJess, I hear you about "perfect" -- I drive myself (possibly my family) a bit crazy with requiring it of me. (Not them - I'm okay with them);
agree, don't make any more exceptions, and maybe think about what you felt before you ate....sometimes I'm actually better after some water, or a quick nap and then I don't eat.
    You can do this!
    [I]HW: 240 lbs SW: 199 lbs GW: 140 lbs

    1 MO = 167.0 2 MO = 156.4 3 MO = 148.4 4 MO = 140.6
    5 M) = 136.0 6 MO = 130.0

Happy with my weight; happy with my size; over-the-moon with my health!
