    Default Water

OK, we all know water is important. I thought it was just to avoid dehydration.

You all know I've turned into a Dr. Vuong nut. Totally gone off the deep end. Could watch his videos all day. Well today in our challenge he talked about how inflammation is the cause of every disease we get: stroke, arthritis, heart attack, kidney failure, etc. And what is the best thing to prevent this inflammation in our bodies? Water. Now If someone would have told me this earlier I would have been drinking more water.

It's funny because since I've been eating more plant based, I've really been drinking more water. It's really amazing how something as simple as drinking enough water really helps in so many areas!

Water makes an enormous difference in my feelings of hunger (which for the most part are actually thirst). On days when I don’t get 64+ it’s harder to stay on track.

Who knew? Healthy eating. Exercise. Water. LOL.

I've always been pretty good about drinking water -- but so good to know that it helps with other things besides your "electrical" cell issues. I found with various cancer treatments that water was really my friend.

I get tired when I don't drink enough -- and often think I'm hungry when I was thirsty. (Also sometimes a nap is better than food )
