    Dont give up meat aburptly. Take small portions then gradually reduce it until you can eat meatless meals. And you can substitute meat with other options that is healthier.

    I use almond milk. On WW it's only 1 point for a cup, so just 30 calories. 1 gram of protein. No sugar. I'm not totally non-dairy, but do like this in my smoothie. At Costco I get a whole box of them, so they aren't sold refrigerated and last a long time. (Until opening!)

    Ive switched to almond milk as well. I'm not completely dairy free--still eat yogurt everyday.

    Hi Tracy,
    I gave up meat abruptly and have not had any problems. I have had some of the meat and chicken substitutes and they are good, but I'm trying not to rely too heavily on those.

    I am a pesciterian so I don't eat meat but that is just not always applicable in this situation

    I am finding adding more veg juice and soups have really helped me with my overall health feeling, so onwards and upwards in 2021
