Surgery judgement

My husband has lost about 40 pounds since I had surgery. He's an amazing cook and does all our protein/veggie based dinners. Scallops tonight, yum! He is the best support person ever, always helping in some way. Early on I was whining that I didn't lose or something silly, so he hid my scale. Gave it to me once a week. Totally helped with the mind games.

OK, he also works out a lot. And retired so he has more time to work out.

Itwas an easy loss for me but ihave injuries so i am grateful. Your family may just be worried for you. I got a lot of negetive feed back but at the end of the day you need to do whats best for you. They will adjust.
