Something I'm sure gets a lot easier when you've had the sleeve longer. Im sure you would agree Kenson?
    Sparkle,
Yes as you get further along, eating out is much easier. You can always get soup or a nice chilli. Even now, I tend to order an appetizer as my main meal as anything else would be too much food.

Yes i usually order a starter when we eat out or a side dish.
Very much depends what there is on offer though.
Last night i was supposed to be eating smoked chicken but it was too dry for me to eat it. Hence the pie, the sweet potato fries were delicious and a better option than triple cooked chips that were the other choice. I only managed 10 fries and 2 forks of the steak pie anyway.
Love that at this stage we get full so quickly.

I’m so happy for you! You’re an inspiration. My 6 year mark was in November and I wish I could say I was as successful as you. I’m dealing with a regain but am having a revision in less than 3 weeks so I know how hard it has been for you to maintain. Be proud of yourself. you deserve it!!

You don’t have to be perfect. You just need to be better.

    Awww jessie!
Thank you so much! I always say that maintenance is an entirely different animal. Congratulations on your upcoming revision!
