    Default Surgery 12/17/19

Hi, I am having my gastric sleeve on 12/17/19. So have been on this liquid diet for 7 days now and surgery is two days away. I do not have to do a bowel prep but seems the clear liquids starting tomorrow should take care of anything that may be left. Words of advice? Can't lie....I'm a little nervous. Thanks.

healthynurse, welcome to the forum. I didn't have to do any type of cleanse for surgery. Words of advice is what I tell everyone. Do exactly what your bariatric team tells you to do and you will be just fine. Good Luck!

I'm sure you've had quite a day and are on the far side of the surgery! It is the best decision I've made, and one of the best things I've ever done for me! Great group.

Hope you are soon on the mend. Drink water, walk, rest!
