    Default Major Stall

I am a year post op and I have been going between 170-175 since June and it is getting annoying and not sure what to do. I have tried going back to basic and everything I just want to lose like 15-20 pounds yet

I'm sure you've already reviewed your protein/carb/water stuff; Be sure you are getting enough sleep as well. And if you haven't been tracking food for a while, go back to it.

Otherwise, keep on doing the right things. It will come off. Maybe up your walking?

    Oh my gosh! Me too.....
It is so frustrating. I really feel like I am doing all of the things I am supposed to do and the scale is STUCK!!!
I am also 1 year out. Overall I am extremely happy with my results but the scale is driving me nuts!

I would suggest going back on the pre op diet or a couple of weeks drinking a protein shake twice a day, 1 sensible meal with only a small amount of healthy carbs, and 2 snacks, i.e., sf jello, popsicles, cucumbers, or something with no carbs. Also, amp up the fitness regime. The body gets used to a certain way of eating, exercising, etc. and it helps to "fool" it a bit. You'll get there and I wish you continued success
