Alright.... So I am having a dilemma here with my self pay issue. Im trying to compare other hospitals that do the gastric sleeve and how much they charge if its self pay. Does anyone know up till now what is the self pay amount for other hospitals. Right now St Vincents Hosp $15,000.00 and Ive already spent about $600 out of pocket on getting all my stuff ready. So, if you know please reply and post. Ive tried calling other facilities but its not easy getting ahold of anyone or even check online.

I had seen somewhere on here that there is a dr in South Carolina that does this surgery for 8,000. I can't remember her name. maybe google it! good luck!

I having my surgery in Jax, FL at St. Vincent's w/Dr. Uchal & I am also self pay. St. Luke's if also same price. Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine was $18,000. I didn't check with Memorial because I wouldn't go there anyway.
