    Wink What a concept!

It dawned on me this morning as I took my mostly daily 3 mile walk that it’s considerably easier than a year ago when I was carrying the equivalent of two 40 pound bags of Kirkland dog food. There’s the big things that come with weight loss like getting off meds and looking better, but the little things are wonderful too.Attachment 28516

    It's amazing isn't it?!
NSV (non scale victories) are just as good, if not better, than seeing the scale go down.

Some days I wonder how I dragged myself around at all with all the extra weight on.

Well done on your great success.

Seriously, how did we even move? Think of the pressure on our feet, knees, and joints. I try to pick up stuff like that and it really puts the weight into perspective.

I remember the first time I was able to just sit down in one of the student desks. It was like the most miraculous thing! It really is the little things and not just the numbers on the scale.

Hi yes I absolutely agree with you all - even after three months I am finding exercise and just generally getting about is so much easier and my energy levels have shot up!!
