1 Month Post Op

Hi Everyone! My name is Mark and I am 1 month post op as of the 18th of Oct. Like many of you I struggled with my weight as my I crept into my 30's and then it went off the rails as I entered my 40's. I am looking forward to the months ahead as I adjust to my new normal, hopefully I will meet some friends and mentors on this forum. Best to everyone!

Great first month. Keep working the system. Try to walk every day. In the early stages it is really important to consume 64-96 oz of fluids. One of the best things about this surgery is the large weight loss early on. I lost 40 in the first two months and then I was 6-10 per month until I hit my goal in 9 months. Just wait until the holidays. people will really notice your loss. It will make you feel good. Keep up the work. You can do it. I think you made a GREAT decision for yourself by having this surgery. Many success stories here.
