The only problem that appeared to me after the surgery was that I got some erectile dysfunctions. I was very depressed because of that. Anyway, my doc recommended me to use GAINSWave. It's a great device that is using shockwave therapy to open blood vessels making the erection stronger and better. It has no side effects. I think that such devices are much better to use than all these pills. One of my friends had some heart problems due to Viagra he used. It's very important to take care of your sexual health.
